Rules and Regulations:
The Official Rules Selloffvacations.com 52 Free Trips Giveaway Contest (“Contest”). No purchase necessary to play. This Contest runs at www.selloffvacations.com from Tuesday, December 04, 2007 and closes Thursday, December 04, 2008 at 11:59pm Eastern Daylight Time.
Eligibility:
This Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada outside of the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and is governed by all applicable Canadian Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Contest void where prohibited. Employees, representatives and agents of First Choice Canada Inc., and its respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, their promotional or marketing agencies, and anyone involved in the production and co-ordination of this game and persons who reside in the same household of each are not eligible. Online access and an email account are required in order to participate in this Contest. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts. For this contest, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using bots or automated scripts will be disqualified from the contest. No purchase is necessary to register for the contest to win a prize. Trip is non-transferable and has no cash value.
To Play:
Visit the entry page at http://www.selloffvacations.com. The entrant must register for the Contest by completing and submitting a registration form on the registration page. An Entrant must fill in all mandatory fields and use a valid email address in order to qualify for the contest.
Prizes:
There are fifty two (52) Trips to be won. Taxes, local departures taxes, service charges, and items of a personal nature, including travel insurance are extra. SELLOFFVACATIONS at its sole discretion, reserves the right to choose the departures city. Departure gateway is subject to seasonal availability. Connector flight (if needed) is payable by the winners. Approximate retail value of the prize $1500 per person.
Every week for fifty two (52) weeks (duration of Contest), a prize will be drawn. Contestants can start participating at any point during the fifty two week contest period. First draw will take place on Monday, December 17, 2007.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible people who register for and enter the Contest. No substitution or transfer of prizes. All winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release prior to being eligible to receive the prize. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered during a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time. Any selected entrant who cannot be contacted by telephone or email or who fails to respond to any telephone message or email left for such selected entrant within two (2) weeks of SELLOFFVACATIONS first attempt to contact such selected entrant may, at the sole discretion of the SELLOFFVACATIONS, be declared ineligible and SELLOFFVACATIONS reserves the right, in such event, in their sole discretion, to select at random one or more additional entrants whom they shall attempt to contact, and who shall be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. All taxes (including but not limited to departure taxes,) and other assessments are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a minor is to be a travelling companion of a contest winner, the applicable liability/publicity release should be signed by the minor’s parent or legal guardian in addition to all the required travel documentation.
General Conditions:
SELLOFFVACATIONS will select one registrant to receive a FREE trip for 2 to destination and hotel selected by SELLOFFVACATIONS. All prizes are subject to verification prior to awarding the prize or discount offer. Your registration for this Contest constitutes your consent for SELLOFFVACATIONS to use your contact information for the purpose of administering the Contest. By participating, you release and hold harmless SELLOFFVACATIONS and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with any prize won. SELLOFFVACATIONS is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, illegible, incomplete, garbled, undeliverable, or misdirected entries or e-mails; or for technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, Internet Service Providers, or computer equipment, software failures, printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be in violation of law. Should such an attempt be made, SELLOFFVACATIONS reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law including criminal prosecution. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Each winner may be required, in the sole discretion of the Sponsors, to provide the Sponsors with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected country. SELLOFFVACATIONS at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this contest if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of SELLOFFVACATIONS compromise the integrity of the contest without prior notice. If the contest is terminated, SELLOFFVACATIONS will award an unclaimed prize(s) in a second chance drawing from among all registrants for the game up to the point of termination. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing if, as a result of programming or errors of any kind, including human errors, more than one prize and/or more discounts are claimed in any category other than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all those making purportedly valid claims will be entered into a random draw and only the advertised number of prize/discounts in that category will be awarded. Submitted materials become the sole property of SELLOFFVACATIONS and will not be returned. By participating, you accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of SELLOFFVACATIONS, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

SellOffVacations.com has the right to publish the winners’ names on its website/newsletter. Each winner’s first initial, last name, city and Province will be provided upon request.
