Once you confirm your departure city, departure date and destination, you'll continue on to the next page where you'll see several vacation packages you can choose from. The packages with a "Price Drop Security" icon next to it are those that qualify for this offer.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CASH BACK:

*Customers are solely responsible for researching package prices and initializing Price Drop Security claims.

Step 1: Using our search engine, begin searching for the exact same vacation package you have already booked with SellOffVacations.com. Enter your departure city, departure date, destination, hotel, etc.

Step 2: Find your vacation package (same tour operator, date, duration, flight itinerary, airports, times, class of service and flight number). Make sure the vacation package is identical, including room category and meal plan (ie: all-inclusive, etc.). Be sure to pay special attention to your class of service in your flight itinerary as this can vary sometimes.

Step 3: Click "Book" and then confirm your occupancy in order to verify price and availability.

Step 4: Once you confirm the passenger information, you will continue on to the “Extras” section of the booking portal. This is where you’ll find the verified price of the vacation package. If the price has dropped since you booked this vacation, you can click on the “Price Drop Security” banner above.

Step 5: A new window will open outlining the details of our Price Drop Security program. At the bottom of that window, you’ll see a button labeled “Make a Claim”. Click on that button. Then complete the claim form.

KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A Price Drop Security (PDS) cheque will reimburse the difference in price between the new listed price and the paid price by the customer (minus the administration fee). A refund of the difference paid will be determined by the base price + tax of the original client booking (insurance, change fees & other add-ons are not calculated).
• Qualifying packages must be paid in full at time of booking and original booking invoice must be paid in full before claims can be authorized.
• Only applies to qualifying vacations listed on the SellOffVacations.com website. Limit one Price Drop Security claim per booking.
• Applies only to vacation packages with a minimum spend of $395.00 excluding taxes per adult. The Price Drop Security icon must appear next to the vacation package when verifying the price.
• No cruise vacations, air only, "roulette" vacation packages, "hotel surprise" vacation packages or "Flight + Hotels" packages apply. Does not apply to any other discount or promotion.
• In order for a vacation package to qualify, the listed product must have the identical departure & return dates, hotel, room category/ type, supplier/tour operator, airline, flight numbers, class of service and meal plan (ex: All-Inclusive, etc.).
• Qualifying vacations are restricted to adult fares for new pre-packaged vacations booked from April 1 and ending April 30 at 11:59pm EST, 2013 for travel departing up to August 31, 2013.
• There will be a $50 administration fee applied per each adult fare that is claimed for Price Drop Security.
• The new listed total price (including taxes) on the vacation package must be at least $50 less the invoice price in order to qualify for Price Drop Security. Price adjustment may occur only once per Billed Customer(s), which can be up to a maximum $300 claim (less the admin fee) per adult booked. The invoice of the original booking (on qualified vacations) will be compared to the new listed total price.
• Claims will only be accepted through the online steps and information will be electronically captured by SellOffVacations.com and reviewed within approximately 3 business days. Successful claimants (lead customer) will be contacted by SellOffVacations.com through regular email channels shortly thereafter.
• Price Drop Security claims will not be considered if they are received 3 days or less prior to the customer's departure.
• Customers are solely responsible for researching package prices and initializing Price Drop Security claims.
