• Previous Travel Agent experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Providing high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasising long term working relationships and building a strong customer base.
• Selling a full range of preferred supplier products and maintaining a high rate of sales.
• Providing accurate, detailed travel documentation and assisting with local business promotions
• Assisting in the resolution of client complaints and invoicing and documenting client files accurately.
• Managers, in addition to the above, will also be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the branch and staff.
