La Mesa possesses near perfect weather but varies greatly depending on the time of year. Because it is near the ocean, you will find that during the month of June there is usually a thick fog that lingers over most of the coast but clears out by early July and leaves beautiful mild weather all the way through October. It cools off during the winter months, but overall is still exceptionally nice weather.
