Many of the vacation packages offered by are protected by our Price Drop Security. Simply search through our booking engine for a vacation package that interests you. Once you confirm your departure city, departure date and destination, you'll continue on to the next page where you'll see several vacation packages you can choose from. The packages with a "Price Drop Security" icon next to it are those that qualify for this offer.

Note:Our Price Drop Security is only available for bookings made between July 4th, 2014 – July 14th, 2014 for departures and returns between July 8th, 2014 to August 31st, 2014 (inclusive).

Step 1: Using our search engine, begin searching for the exact same vacation package you have already booked with Enter the destination, departure city, hotel and both departure date and duration so you are able to verify price and availability.

Step 2: Find your vacation package (same tour operator, date, duration, flight itinerary, airports, times, class of service and flight number). Make sure the vacation package is identical, including room category and meal plan (ie: all-inclusive, etc.). Please ensure the class of service, fare code (example: Class Y or Class N) in your flight itinerary for all of your flights are identical.

Step 3: Click on "Confirm Price + Availability" review details to ensure identical product is displayed and verify the pricing. If the price has dropped since you booked this vacation, you can click on the "Price Drop Security claim form icon"

Step 4: A new window will open, complete the claim form by providing the name of the lead passenger, phone number, email address, reservation date and booking number. Click the "Submit" icon to forward your claim.


  • The Price Drop Security (PDS) payment will be calculated as the difference in price between the original package base price paid and the new listed base price (minus a $50 administration fee). Taxes, Insurance, change fees & other add-ons are not calculated as part of the price drop claim.
  • Qualifying packages must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Only applies to qualifying vacations listed on the website. Limit one Price Drop Security claim per booking. The new listed base price on the vacation package must be at least $50 less than the original package base price in order to qualify for Price Drop Security. The maximum amount that can be claimed is $250 less the $50  Administration Fee per paying adult.
  • Applies only to vacation packages with a minimum spend of $495.00 excluding taxes, insurance, service fees per adult. The Price Drop Security icon must appear next to the vacation package when verifying the price.
  • All Cruise vacations, Group Bookings, air only, "roulette" or surprise vacation packages, deviations or "Flight + Hotel" packages DO NOT apply. Deviations refer to changes, alterations or additions including passengers departing from separate cities and or bookings with different durations.
  • In order for a vacation package to qualify, the listed product must have the identical departure & return dates, hotel, room category/ type, supplier/tour operator, airline, flight numbers, class of service and meal plan (ex: All-Inclusive, etc.).
  • Qualifying vacations are restricted to adult fares for new pre-packaged vacations booked from July 4th, 2014 – July 14th, 2014 for departures and returns between July 8th, 2014 to August 31st, 2014 (inclusive).
  • Claims will only be accepted through the online steps and information will be electronically captured by and reviewed within 3 business days. Successful claimants (lead customer) will be contacted by through regular email channels shortly thereafter.
  • Price Drop Security claims will not be considered if they are received 3 days or less prior to the customer's departure.
  • Customers are solely responsible for researching package prices and initializing Price Drop Security claims.
  • The comparable price on the lower priced vacation will only be considered if the new trip price is published on the website and available at the time of verification. The determination of whether the PDS requirements have been met is within the sole discretion of
