Modern cruise ships offer wifi throughout the ship and in your stateroom to keep you connected. Cruise lines offer a variety of wifi packages to choose from to keep you connected for business, stream movies or to simply access your email and social media.

All cruise lines offer laundry services onboard for an additional charge. 

Your stateroom attendant can press or launder your items based on your request for an additional charge. On longer sailings and many family-oriented ships you can access traditional laundry rooms if the need arises. 

 On longer sailings of 14+ or more nights discounted laundry services is offered to passengers throughout the sailing. 

Medical centers are available 24 hours a day on major cruise lines. 

Most cruise ships staff doctors and nurses who can treat medical emergencies onboard. If additional medical attention is required their staff can coordinate the evacuation of the passengers to the nearest port of call.

Regardless of the length of sailing, passengers who are pregnant may cruise until their 23rd week of pregnancy. 

Infants must be minimum 6 months of age to board a cruise ship. Some additional age requirements for infants may apply based on the length of sailing and ports of call. 

ATM’s are available on cruise ships in the event you require cash while you visit the ports of call. Currency available depends on the destination and routing of the cruise ship. 

If you would like to make purchases onboard all cruiselines are cashless and charges will be reflected to your folio to be paid upon disembarkation. 

Some cruise lines do not have a dress code at all! 

 Voluntary dress codes may be based on events onboard (ie. Formal night) or based on the food and beverage venue.

Carnival :
Onboard credit offer is non-transferable. Onboard Credit is provided as a non-refundable credit to your Sail & Sign account of $10 per stateroom on 2-5 day sailings and of $25 per stateroom on 6+ day sailings. Onboard Credit may not be applied to cruise fare or Taxes/Fees/Port Expenses. Offer is capacity controlled, category restrictions and exclusions apply. Guest selects stateroom number. At least one person in the stateroom must be a resident of an eligible Canadian Province to book this rate. Proof of residency required at the time of embarkation. Changes made to the reservation may result in the assessment of cancellation penalties or service fees. Offer is applicable on select sailings through April 2027 and has cut off dates as follows: 76 days prior to sail date on 2- to 5- day sailings and 91 days prior to sail date on Alaska, Europe and 6- day or longer sailings. Norwegian Cruise Line – BOGO offer :
Offer is applicable for new individual reservations on all 7-night + sailings. Valid on all categories except IX, OX, BX and MX (Sail Away). New qualifying individual FIT reservations can be moved into an existing Traditional or FS Affnity group at the FIT rate and count towards Tour Conductor credits. Promotion can be held as a new Traditional or FS Affnity group within the promotional booking window. Group space must be held and reservations materialized (converted from RQ to OF) during the promotional booking window to qualify. Reservations materialized after the end of the promotional booking window will not qualify for promotion. Promotion is not applicable to Traditional Groups/Type: Nettour, NettourC, CHARTERS, CMI OP EVENT, CMI OP LG EVENT, INCREG & INCLARGE.
