The CareFlex plan provides you with greater flexibility by allowing you to change your booking, transfer your package and cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 21 days prior to departure or with a travel credit up to 3 days prior to departure.

  • Refund will be paid as a Sunwing future travel voucher

Restrictions apply; please refer to the terms and conditions. The Worry Free plan is available to customers who purchase Sunwing Vacation packages with Sunwing Airlines as the chosen carrier, and Sunwing Vacations package customers with flights from Western Canada on board WestJet starting May 16, 2024. This plan is not applicable to land-only bookings, ancillaries and cruise vacations. A $20 per person surcharge will be added to each plan on southbound departures from December 19, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

Worry Free Plus

$119 per person

  • Make one change to your vacation package up to 3 hours before departure

  • Cancel up to 3 hours before departure

  • Must be purchased within 48 hours of booking

  • Refund will be paid as a Sunwing future travel voucher

  • Transfer your package (as your one-time change option) up to seven days before departure

Option Flex Extra ($149 value)

  • Cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure and get a refund**

  • Change your travel dates, destination or hotel up to 24 hours before departure

  • Transfer your package to a friend or family member up to 30 days before departure

*With Option Flex Standard, you can cancel your trip up to 72 hours before departure and get a travel credit in the amount of the penalty at the time of cancellation, and a refund for the balance and in accordance with our cancellation terms & conditions.
**With Option Flex Extra, you can cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure and get a refund for the amount paid at the time of cancellation and in accordance with our terms & conditions.

Rates of $89 per person for Option Flex Standard and $149 per person for Option Flex Extra are subject to change without notice.

Option Flex must be purchased and paid for at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Some restrictions apply.
