1. The announced "duo" discount applies to two (2) adults, and the "family" discount applies to two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 2 and over. These offers apply to the VIK Hotel Arena Blanca in Punta Cana for departures from Montreal on October 26, 2026, and apply to the Barcelo Bavaro Palace in Punta Cana for departures from Toronto on November 10, 2026. 2. Final payment is due 45 days before departure.
3. The future travel credit of $50 per adult and per child is non-transferable and must be used for a departure no later than February 25, 2028. Blackout period: outbound or return flights between December 17, 2027, and January 5, 2028, are not eligible.

With the purchase of Option Flex Standard or Extra, customers may choose to use the travel protection to be able to cancel, modify, or transfer their package, or to request a price drop guarantee on their package. It is not possible to combine both options: only one of the two uses may be selected per booking. The price drop guarantee applies to the base price, subject to availability of the same product, and excludes daily deals, promotional room rates, and promotional room upgrades. If the price of a package is reduced, the customer may receive a refund of up to $200 per adult and per child. The request must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure.
