If you have booked through our Winter Price Drop Security program and have located the identical vacation package at a lower price, you can submit a claim to receive up to $250 per room (less $50 admin fee).  Please review the form below.  When you are ready, kindly fill in all required fields and hit submit. Ensure you capture a screen shot of the lower price and include with your form. Price Drop Security Claims are applicable only within the specific booking and travel periods outlined below.

Eligible Periods: 

• Qualifying vacations must be booked between October 6, 2025 and November 2, 2025. 

• Travel must take place between December 20, 2025 and March 31, 2026 (inclusive).

• Qualifying vacations are restricted to adult fares for pre-packaged Sunwing Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, Transat Holidays, and WestJet Vacations packages. 

• Please read through all terms and conditions before submitting your claim.
